This movement is dedicated to community connection, authenticity, and inclusiveness in health and wellness education and practice. No gimmicks and no judgement, just real people with a desire to feel better and learn more about themselves.

Personal counseling sessions using ancient wisdom coupled with modern clinical practices to optimize your health and vitality through diet and lifestyle counseling. Together, we will co-create and implement a plan to outline and achieve your wellness goals in a unique and accessible way that is authentic to you.
Specialty: Supporting Anxiety, Stress, Mental Health, and related Digestive Disorders (+ sleep disorders, nervous system dysregulation, and general need for self care).

~[Deep Relaxation Sessions]~
Like all of my appointment based offerings, this is a completely customized session that can include any combination of relaxation techniques such as Thai yoga, sound healing (Tibetan singing bowls), yoga nidra, and more.
Contact me to discuss your needs + desired session length and together we will design an affordable custom session for you or you + another person. (Pricing depends on session length.)
In person and virtual options available. Virtual sessions do not include Thai stretching.
~[Thai Yoga Therapy]~
A hands-on healing session including assisted stretching, deep breathing, meditation + energy work. The receiver is completely relaxed while the session is performed. This practice was designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural ability to physically and emotionally balance and heal itself. It may also be helpful to relieve or support healing of a myriad of injuries or ailments.

~[Yoga Classes]~
Charlotte Offbeat Yoga classes are open to anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time or to deepen an already existing practice in an inclusive, non-competitive, authentic environment. Our practice may range from gentle stretching to strong but accessible slow flow, all with great emphasis on breath, spinal alignment, and core connection. Class rhythms often evolve with the changing seasons in alignment with the teachings of Ayurveda and generally end with seated meditation.
