During this workshop, you'll learn practical tips and tricks on how to improve your diet and lifestyle based on this fascinating, ancient way of living from the East. Ayurveda translates into "the art of life" and emphasizes wholesome, natural living to improve your vitality, longevity, and well-being. You'll discover your personal body type or "dosha" and what you can do to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into balance. Rachael will offer an accessible seasonal yoga practice and, as always, we'll sample tasty Ayurvedic treats that you can easily recreate in your own home kitchen!
