I work with people from all walks of life and I specialize in diet and daily routine support for clients living with neurodivergence, anxiety, or mental health challenges.

These personal holistic coaching sessions use ancient wisdom coupled with modern clinical practices to optimize your health and vitality through improving your daily habits. Together, we will co-create and implement a plan to outline and achieve your wellness goals in a unique and accessible way that is authentic to you. In person and virtual appointments are available.
While I can work with most any client one-on-one to optimize daily lifestyle routines and digestion for a variety of needs and ailments, my expertise lies in supporting anyone living with Anxiety, Stress, Mental Health and related Digestive and Nervous System Disorders, and a general need for self-care.

I am no stranger to anxiety. It can be debilitating and prevent us from doing all kinds of things that we want or need to do, even the most ‘simple’ tasks are not always so simple with anxiety.

So how are you supposed to get started with health counseling when there are so many unknowns and potential triggers for anxiety?

- a group presentation (in person / virtual / pre-recorded) as a general overview of Ayurvedic principles.
- jump right in with a full Intake Appointment and begin the work!

- Opening up. I will offer guidance, but ultimately, you control the direction of the sessions, what you want to share, and you choose which recommendations to implement for your wellness plan. No judgement or pressure from me, and our conversations are 100% confidential.
- Trying new things. Again, you are ultimately in control, I am here to offer suggestions and guidance. (Also, ‘No’ is a complete sentence.) This is a co-creative effort, I will not tell you what to do. I will educate you and hold space for you to make your own choices. I will not try to convince you to do things that make you uncomfortable.
- Fear of Failure. Failure is not a thing in this scenario. You will succeed in improving your health in some way. Simply showing up for yourself is already success. We will employ baby steps as needed based on what you deem accessible during our conversation. I will encourage you, and you will never be forced to take on more than your comfort level. Together we will find a strategy that fits you and your lifestyle, rather than trying to fit you into a mold.

This package includes intake session + report of findings, + 2 follow-up sessions. With this package, we’ll gain a full understanding of your constitution and current imbalances. Between sessions, you will work to implement some of the changes we have discussed. Our follow up appointments will include checking progress, support around previous recommendations, and additional recommendations as you are ready.

Intake session + Report of Findings $175
Intake session: between 60-90min, in person or virtual (Zoom). Assessment of your metabolic type and imbalances. Gathering health history and information about current symptoms, diet, routine, habits.
Report of findings: Within a week of your initial appointment, you will receive a detailed report about your assessment and initial recommendations from a personalized plan of action, including suggestions and further education around diet strategies, routine, exercise, etc. A brief call may be scheduled as needed.
**A single intake session is only scratching the surface of assessment and initial recommendations. While you will receive education, coaching, and insight about your constitution and imbalances, the deeper coaching and accountability are provide within the follow up appointments. Multi-session packages are highly recommended for ongoing support as you design your life for balance.

Follow-up: 45-60min, in person or virtual. These sessions are for checking progress, coaching and support around recommendations. You will talk through what is working for you and what you need more support with. Additional recommendations will be given as you are ready.

refund/cancellation/no show policy:
Payment (or payment plan scheduling with deposit) is due at time of booking. All sales are final. 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointment bookings. Any client who wishes to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the session. Any client who does not show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of the session. All packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds will be given due to expiration.

I first fell in love with Ayurveda in 2009 and was drawn more deeply into the teachings when I began experiencing chronic headaches and minor digestive issues in late 2011. Through Ayurveda I learned how to heal my own body and design my habits to live a life of better health and greater ease. Further studies over the years with a variety of teachers including Joyful Belly’s Ayurveda Health Counselor certification have helped me to create a well-rounded clinical practice and curriculum to share with clients, students, teachers, and loved ones.
